14-day right of withdrawal
As a consumer in Norway you have a 14-day right of withdrawal under the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act (angrerettloven). The period starts the day after you receive the goods.
To withdraw, email info@heatkin.com within the period with your name, order number and the items. Return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you notified us. The goods must be unused apart from what is needed to inspect them. You pay the direct cost of returning the goods. We refund the purchase price, including the original standard shipping, within 14 days after we receive your notice, using the same payment method.
Defective items
The Norwegian Consumer Purchase Act applies: a 2-year complaint period, and 5 years for items expected to last significantly longer. Contact us as soon as you discover a defect. We cover return costs for defective goods.
Safety
Heated garments contain electrical components. Use a power bank with a USB output (5 V), follow the safety instructions and do not use damaged items.
